Important: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SNAK Media, LLC ("SNAK Media," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using https://www.snakmedia.com (the "Site") and any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 1.  Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site.

SNAK Media provides professional photo and video production services, creative content, and related resources, including—but not limited to—portfolio displays, blog articles, downloadable assets, contact forms, and quotation requests (collectively, the "Services"). We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at our sole discretion and without notice.

3.  Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and code—is owned by or licensed to SNAK Media and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual‑property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent from SNAK Media.

4.  User‑Generated Content

If you submit or upload any content ("User Content"), you grant SNAK Media a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content for the purpose of operating and marketing the Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third‑party rights.

5.  Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or computer systems.

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.

Use any automated means (e.g., bots, spiders) to scrape or copy Site content without written permission.

6.  Payment & Quotes

Any prices or estimates provided on the Site are quotes only and subject to change until formalized in a written agreement. All payments are due according to the terms stated in individual project contracts or invoices.

The Site may contain links to third‑party websites. SNAK Media is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third‑party sites. Access them at your own risk.

8.  Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SNAK Media disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

9.  Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNAK Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

10.  Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SNAK Media and its directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your (a) use of the Site, (b) violation of these Terms, or (c) violation of any third‑party rights.

11.  Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

12.  Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or SNAK Media.

13.  Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
